Our products come from many sources and suppliers, from U.S.A, Singapore, to China. Therefore, shipping times will vary depending on where you live.

Please allow a 2-5 day processing time for your orders.  Most orders are delivered within 12-20 days.   However, there are rare cases when the item may reach you after more than 30 days.

If you ordered multiple items they may be dispatched separately. Since we source our products from multiple suppliers directly, and thus pass the savings on to you, you may receive your items in separate packages, but rest assured, they are on their way!

If you ordered multiple products, please note that you may receive several packages as our suppliers are worldwide and some of our items are shipping from different locations. 

We source our products directly from suppliers, thus we can cut costs and provide you with free shipping. However, this saving comes with trade-off. With our free shipping service, our orders may take longer to arrive since the manufacturer determines the shipping method. Free shipping starts on orders over $49.99.
